Acceptable Use Policy
Script Epic is a creative writing tool. We want you to write freely — including dark, mature, or controversial fiction. This policy targets genuine misuse, not ordinary creative writing. When you use Script Epic you agree not to:
Prohibited conduct
- Use the service for unlawful purposes or to violate any applicable law.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse others, or use the service to target a real person with harm.
- Create or distribute malware, or use the service to compromise systems or data.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other users' accounts or content, or our infrastructure.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service except under a program we authorize.
- Attempt to extract secrets, credentials, environment configuration, or other users' content.
- Evade, disable, or interfere with rate limits, quotas, security, or other technical controls.
- Use automated means to abuse the service, scrape at scale, or place an unreasonable load on it.
- Infringe intellectual-property rights, or impersonate a person or organization to deceive or defraud.
- Produce or facilitate content that sexually exploits or endangers minors.
Writing fictional conflict, crime, violence, romance, or morally complex characters is welcome and is not a violation. This policy is about real-world harm, security abuse, and unlawful activity — not the subject matter of your screenplay.
Enforcement
We may remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts, for violations of this policy or our Terms. Where appropriate we may report unlawful activity to authorities.
